For credit and debit card paying customers Temple Tuning can process your payment securely on our website or you can simply ring us  on 01761 453393 or  07847 680859 (Mon-Fri 10.00am to 4.00pm) to place your order over the phone. Many of the items you see on our website are in stock ready for immediate despatch.  Of course, it is impossible for us to hold stock of every variation of part for every model of car. If you order an out of stock item from our website we will not charge your card until we have contacted you to establish how you would like us to proceed.   

In addition to our own secure credit/debit card processing Temple Tuning offers PayPal express checkout (confirmed PayPal account holders and to registered PayPal address only).

About PayPal

• Express PayPal checkout is offered on our site for the conveniance of registered PayPal users who may prefer to checkout through their PayPal account. Please note that we do require that PayPal users have a confirmed address. If your PayPal address status is unconfirmed please check out using one of our other secure payment options.  Payments from unconfirmed paypal accounts will be refunded. We do not accept PayPal from customers outside the UK.

*SALES CONDITIONS FOR CREDIT CARD PURCHASE
1. Delivery address must be the same as the billing address on your credit card statement.

2. To prevent credit card fraud and ensure our customer's security in using credit card purchase over the internet, we may request a copy of credit card statement to authenticate the identity of the cardholder. We require customers to provide land line registered to billing address for contact number. Mobile numbers only to be provided as additional contact telephone number.

3. If you are paying us through an existing PayPal account please ensure that your address details are 'confirmed' within PayPal before making payment. If you are unable to confirm your address within your PayPal account then please use a different payment means. We offer choice of secured credit/debit card payment through our website, telephone payments, or cheque.

We only ship to the billing address on your credit card statement. The only time that we are willing to consider requests for shipping to an alternaltive address is if you are known to us as returning customer or in some other capacity. Please email to discuss.

The Temple Tuning website is not set up for overseas sales. If you wish to purchase an item please contact us for shipping rates. We only accept bank transfer on overseas purchases.
